The \u201cVilla Nunzia\u201d Residence is made up of the splendid owner\u2019s villa and 4 apartments. It is situated in Barano d\u2019Ischia, in \u201cil Capo\u201d in the district of Testaccio and benefits from a splendid view of the Maronti beach and Sant\u2019Angelo. The apartments, all with a panorama, from where you can admire spellbinding and unforgettable sunsets, have private bathrooms, colour TV, washing machine, fully equipped kitchenettes (tableware and pans). Furthermore, there is a weekly change of bed linen.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t

GETTING AROUND

If you rent a car, we advise a small car e.g. Fiat Panda, Citroen C3 etc. The road that leads to Villa Nunzia is very narrow and goes through the historical centre. However, bigger cars can be parked near the supermarket, which is 300mt from Villa Nunzia. To reach Villa Nunzia from the port you can catch bus number 5 direction Maronti (vice versa to return to Ischia Port).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\r\n\r\n\t<\/div>\n

The apartments all have a splendid view of the sea. Each apartment has a patio or large balcony. They are fitted with an open kitchen and dining area, with cooker, oven, fridge, freezer, kitchen equipment and tableware. All the apartments have colour TV and sheets and towels which are changed weekly or on request.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\r\n\r\n\t<\/div>\n\r\n\r\n\t

Villa Nunzia is an ideal place for families that want to spend a peaceful and unforgettable holiday surrounded by the silence of nature which is only interrupted by sea gulls and cicadas. From Villa Nunzia you can reach the Maronti Beach (in 10 minutes) thanks to the old road built by the Bourbon General Giorgio Coraf\u00e0. To come back you can once again use the bus service (number 5). The restaurants on the beach are also open in the evening. Discos and places of entertainment shine with their lights and music. The island is well served with buses, shuttle services and taxis.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t

WHAT ISCHIA OFFERS<\/span><\/h2>\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t

Ischia is much more than a holiday resort. The sea, the spas, the beaches represent the main tourist resource of the territory but there really are many things to do and see. Just think that the island was the first colony of the Magna Grecia, the first outpost chosen by the Greeks in the western Mediterranean. That is why, along with the Aragonese Castle, the Soccorso and all the other picturesque spots on the island, it is also important to visit the Archeological Museum of Villa Arbusto in Lacco Ameno.\nWithout doubt the most famous symbol of the island of Ischia is the Aragonese Castle, situated at the end of the quaint town of Ischia Ponte and joined to the mainland by a stone causeway built by Alfonse V of Aragona.\nBesides the Aragonese Castle, the church of the Soccorso is the other undisputed icon of the island of Ischia. It is in Forio, on a steep cliff overlooking the sea and a step away from the historical centre. It is a Mediterranean church, with very simple, clean-cut lines and yet its backdrop is surely unique in the world.\nWe advise going up Mount Epomeo, 789 metres above sea level; it is an experience that you can easily have all year round. We furthermore advise you to visit the town of Sant\u2019Angelo which you can also admire as the main part of the panorama seen from the Villa.
\nSenza dubbio l’immagine simbolo pi\u00f9 famosa dell\u2019isola d\u2019Ischia \u00e8 il castello Argonese, situato in fondo al caratteristico borgo di Ischia Ponte collegato alla terraferma da un istmo in pietra fatto realizzare da Alfonso V d\u2019Aragona.
\nInsieme al Castello aragonese, la chiesa del Soccorso \u00e8 l\u2019altra indiscussa icona dell\u2019isola d\u2019Ischia. Si trova a Forio, a picco sul mare e a due passi dal centro storico. \u00c8 una chiesa mediterranea, dalle linee molto semplici, eppure lo scenario in cui \u00e8 inserita \u00e8 davvero unico al mondo.
\nConsigliamo la salita sul Monte Epomeo, a 789 metri sul livello del mare, \u00e8 un\u2019esperienza che si pu\u00f2 tranquillamente fare tutto l\u2019anno.
